Please be aware that any products or services you purchase from CFN are purchased at your own will. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and we have not, cannot, and will not, make any guarantee that you will make or save money, whether explicit or implied. Consult your own advisors before making your financial decisions. 



We value your privacy. Personally identifiable or financial information you provide us will only be used for the purposes for which it was obtained. Your information will not be sold to any other party.

Because we invest time and resources in products and services, the products and services are proprietary, confidential and are to be used for the intended purpose for which they were offered.



In the event of a claim or dispute against CFN for products or services provided to you, you will first negotiate with us in good faith. You must send a written description of your claim or dispute by certified mail to our corporate office. If a resolution cannot be achieved, you may bring an action in court, and both parties agree to a judge trial and waive a trial by jury. You voluntarily waive claims and remedies as part of a class action of other representative action, and agree that relief may only be granted on an individual basis.


The laws shall be governed by and solely construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah. Any suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or relating in any manner whatsoever to products or services from CFN shall only be brought in state court in Utah County, Utah, or if applicable, in federal district court of Utah. Each party waives any objection and irrevocably accepts this jurisdiction and venue. In the event you bring an action, the parties agree to pay their own fees, costs and expenses including attorney's, experts, discovery, and witness fees. If any portion of this section or agreement is deemed invalid of unenforceable, each of which shall be enforceable to the fullest extent possible.

You acknowledge that all of the products of services offered by CFN or its business partners are provided to you on an "as-is" basis, and all warranties, expressed and implied are disclaimed.

You agree to indemnify CFN and its partners, its officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents, and affiliated companies from and against all damages, liabilities, costs, losses, expenses, claims, and/or judgments, including legal costs and attorney's fees, resulting from your breach of any representation, warranties, obligations, or duties under any agreement with CFN. In no event will you have the right to recover any indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages or lost profits in any action against CFN. It is agreed that your remedies shall be limited to an action for direct damages, not to exceed the amount paid to us by you.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

 

We adhere to the three day right of rescission. For any products or services you purchase from CFN, you, the buyer, may cancel and receive a full refund at anytime prior to midnight on the third business day after the date of purchase, (or such as provided under state law), which excludes Sundays and legal holidays. For Alaska, you, the buyer, may cancel and receive a full refund at anytime by providing written notice prior to midnight of the seventh day after the date of purchase. Cancellations do not apply to any portion of used products or services including fees or costs we have incurred. 



If cancellation occurs anytime after the three day time frame, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full amount of your original purchase price. To cancel you must submit a signed and dated notice of cancellation either by certified mail or email.
